I am humbled and excited to have seen so many players come out for our parents meeting tonight. With potentially 40+ players coming out this year, this will be the largest year ever of Panther Tennis. Our commitment to a no-cut program has not wavered, as we’ll need all of you practicing and competing to raise the level of our program and foster our inclusive, respectful ethos.
I have just posted the text from the message I handed out at the meeting on the site (the previous post).
I updated the schedule to reflect 2019’s schedule. This does not include JV/sub-varsity matches which, if we end up with 40 of you, we’ll certainly be able to schedule those.
As for the first day of practice – bring your shovels and snowblowers! We’ll clear the courts of snow on Monday, spend some chalk-talk time indoors on Tuesday and hopefully be on the courts by Wednesday. And then, dress warm!
